day 92

i haven't written since bp announced the " capping of the well". i couldn't write cuz all i could think to type was "i don't trust those fuckin liars!" well now that i'm back i would like to start off by saying "i don't trust those fuckin liars!" of course, by liars i am referring to those fine folks at bp.

it now seems that there is a clear connection between bp and the release of the lockerbee murderer.( humanitarian early release due to the murderers' impending death.) he is alive, the gulf is dead. read up on the deal to release the bomber in exchange for oil rights. it will make you sick.

monday there was a front page story in our local paper announcing the rescue of a 146 pound loggerhead turtle that was rescued. accentuate the positive, i suppose. they are not taking alot of photos of the dead and dying wildlife for the time being. are people becoming de-sensitized? i hope not.

bp has been trying for the last couple of months to hire on as many local scientists and grad students as possible to control the release of information.

you can now fish locally, but only on a catch and release basis. like i would eat anything out of there!

warnings of nausea and eye irritations due to breezes coming from water. nice.

the brown pelican, once almost extinct because of DDT destroying their eggs, may again find itself on the endangered species list.

bp executives should be held personally liable for their criminal negligence in contaminating the gulf of mexico and for the deaths of the eleven workers that died on the rig 92 days ago

day 84

it is now reported that there are 227 confirmed cases of "toxic exposure". what the hell is that?! it is not known if these cases are due to direct exposure with the oil or the myriad of chemicals that have been added to this toxic soup in the gulf.
